Emphasis will be on correct placement, body alignment, toning and stretching. Ongoing training in proper ballet techniques

reshapes body lines, tones muscles, improves balance & posture, strength, grace, and physical coordination in addition to deepening the appreciation of ballet as an art form. Ballet class is also a wonderful break from daily life and provides stress relief in an artistic and physical environment.

Beginning Adult Ballet is designed for the adult student who has no formal ballet training or who has studied ballet in the past and wishes to resume training.

Class meets once per week for 1.5 hours.

Intermediate Adult Ballet is a basic intermediate level with an emphasis on increasing the ballet vocabulary, lengthening movement combinations and building strength and flexibility.

Classes meet four times per week for 1.5 hours each session.

Adult Ballet Conditioning Program: Join Los Gatos Ballet/Pilates for group and individual conditioning classes for adult dancers. This program targets the specific muscles that complement ballet training. Inquire to receive current information as classes are fluid and ongoing.
