Los Gatos Ballet specializes in the development of the pre-professional dancer. Known for providing professional instruction in a nurturing environment, LGB builds artistic and technical abilities. 'The Bernal Method' is the Technique foundation by which the the dancers are formed and trained. In addition, Los Gatos Ballet also offers a curriculum of conditioning which includes Pilates and the Franklin Method. This addresses proper bio-mechanics, efficiency of movement and helps the student to become a physically and mentally centered dancer. Additionally, we encourage and mentor the exploration of choreographic and mentoring skills through our Youth Choreography Project, Outreach Programs and Performance Opportunities.
